Which One Is More Important Experience or Qualification

Experience or Qualification - if i ask you to choose which one you will pick ? I know this is a very critical question. But my opinion is in today's world qualification is more important than experience. Because with out a certificate it is really hard to prove the quality. 

It is very much true that experience is really important but without a certificate you could not show your experience. Even you can not get a good job if you do not have a certificate. 

Getting a certificate is not easy. You have to work hard and have to pass a long way to gain a qualification. So gaining a qualification means having qualities. If you have quality you will get a certificate and if you have a certificate then you can claim a good job. So the equation is very clear and easy.

Without qualification even if you have experience you will not be able to use them properly because no one will give you chance to show your talent. But we all should respect experienced person and if a experienced person have a qualification then it will really work.

Yes, Qualification is more important then experience. It may sound hard, it may sound odd but this is the reality. As we are living in the real world, we should believe in real things.
