Why Johnny Depp Never Won An OSCAR ?

This  is really frustrating that Johnny Deep, one of the most talented actor of the world never got an OSCAR! Not only that his film's are box office hits but the most impotent thing is that he is one of the best actor of today's world. So what is the wrong ? 

Johnny Depp was nominated three times but never won an Oscar! He was nominated for "Sweeney Todd", "Finding Neverland" and "Pirates of the Caribbean". 

Tell you what - I am a huge fan of Johnny Depp. So when I see that this great actor did not get an Oscar price i got surprise. Why Johnny Deep never won an OSCAR ? 

I would say that Depp is unlucky. Because every time when he got nomination there was other strong participant. What do you think about this ? Do not you think that Johnny Depp deserve an OSCAR price ?
