We all are very much well known about the very popular cartoon character Popeye. Do you know that in real life there has a Popeye ? Yes, friends his name is Moustafa Ismail. Some people call him Egyptian Popeye, some call him The Human Popeye and he has become a very popular character indeed. He has 31 inch natural biceps.
But behind the story is not that much simple or easy. Moustafa Ismail is from Egypt and he lives in USA. He used to be a very fat man ! Few years ago he went to one of his relatives house and every one laughed at him about his weight ! Then he promised him self to be slim and he started to go to gym. He rally worked ward and then got a very strange, attractive and fit body. Now every one appreciate him. Guinness World Record book authorities also awarded him for his 31 inch biceps.
Ismail is now 26 years old and spent 3 hours in 2 times per day. He takes lots of chicken, fish and water everyday. Though he is enjoying his present particularities but some he feel sorry when go to shopping mall and can not find out dress of his own size !!!
